GETTING LISTED

You don't add the turf yourself — our team sets it up for you. Send us your details and we'll get you live within 24 hours.

Contact us with your turf details
WhatsApp or email us everything listed below. See Section 10 for contact info.

We create your owner account
We send you an email + password. Download the Playon app, log in — you automatically see the Owner screen.

We publish your turf listing
Your turf goes live — players discover it on the Explore screen sorted by distance.

Bookings start coming in
Players book and pay. You get a notification every time. That's it — you're live.

What We Need From You

Football, Cricket, Badminton, etc. Players filter by sport.

Amount players pay online to confirm slot — e.g. ₹200

3–5 good photos. Better photos = more bookings.

Double-booking is not possible
Once a player pays, the slot is locked instantly on the server. No one else can book the same slot on the same date.
Section 04

PAYMENTS

Players pay via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking). Two types — Full and Advance.

How to mark remaining as collected
In your Revenue screen, advance bookings show a green "Mark Collected" button. Tap it once the player pays you at the turf — the record updates and clears from your pending list.

YOUR DASHBOARD

4 tabs at the bottom when you log in as owner. Here's what each does.

Today, Upcoming, and Past tabs. Player name, slot time, payment type, and amount.

Filter by 7, 15, or 30 days. Online vs remaining breakdown. Mark advance bookings collected here.

Profile
Your info, business name, turf listing, operator info, edit profile, logout.

Section 06

BLOCKING SLOTS

Need to close a time slot for maintenance or a private event? Block it — blocked slots show as "Locked" to players and can't be booked.

Go to Home → Block Slots
Find Block Slots from your Home or Bookings screen quick actions.

Select the date
Pick which date you want to block slots on.

Pick the time slot(s)
Choose the 30-minute slots to lock. Already-booked slots cannot be blocked.

Confirm — done instantly
Slot immediately shows as yellow "Locked" for all players on the Explore screen.
Your operator can block slots too
Useful when they spot a maintenance issue at the venue and need to close a slot on the spot.
Section 07

OPERATORS

An operator is your on-ground staff — the person physically at the turf. They get their own limited login.

How to set up an operator
Send us their name, email, and phone. We create their account and link it to your turf. They download Playon, log in, and automatically see the Operator screen.

CANCELLATIONS

Players can cancel themselves through the app. Refunds are automatic — you don't need to do anything.

✅ Cancelled 2+ hours before slot
Player gets full refund. You receive ₹0.
⏰ Cancelled within 2 hours of slot
No refund to player. You keep the advance amount.

Cannot be cancelled.

Cancelled slots re-open automatically
Freed up within seconds — other players can book immediately. Nothing for you to do.

Refunds take 5–7 business days
Razorpay processes refunds to the player's original payment method. This is normal — if a player asks, reassure them.

NOTIFICATIONS

Enable notifications for Playon in your phone settings. You'll get alerted for every important event.
